REMINDER OF BENEFITS
VIP, VIP PRIME AND VIP PLATINUM TIERS

• Members earn VIP Points for every $1 spent on food, beverages and Lawry’s Gift Card purchases (excluding tax and gratuity): VIP – 1 point per $1, VIP Prime and Platinum – 1.2 per $1 spent.
• A Birthday gift will be added to your account four weeks prior to your and your immediate family member’s birthdays. An Anniversary gift will be added to your account four weeks prior to your wedding anniversary. All will be available for four weeks past the occasion date.
• A $25 Reward will be automatically applied to your VIP account for each 250 points earned. These are redeemable in multiples, are valid with all other Lawry’s VIP Rewards, and are redeemable with no blackout dates for regular dining and all special events unless specifically noted otherwise on event communications.
• VIPs who provide email addresses and complete their family profile will receive special invitations, offers and information. All personal information is kept strictly confidential.
• VIP Prime and Platinum members will receive increased benefits, including but not limited to 1.2 VIP points for every $1 spent, extended Rewards expirations, the ability to transfer $25 Rewards to others, and discounted purchase prices on select special events.
• VIP Platinum members will receive exclusive benefits, including but not limited to early holiday reservations.
• Bonus points opportunities are offered throughout the year.
• Online and mobile app account tracking are available.

LAWRY’S VIP MEMBERSHIP RULES

• The Lawry’s VIP Rewards Card is not a credit card and cannot be used to make purchases.
• Lawry’s VIP Rewards is intended for personal use only. VIP Points cannot be accumulated for business entities or be used for business parties.
• VIP tiers are assigned based on points earned during each calendar year January 1-December 31.
• VIPs who achieve points thresholds during each calendar year will immediately receive benefits of the higher tier earned. This new tier designation will be valid through December 31 of the following year, subject to reassignment after December 31 of that and each calendar year thereafter.
• VIPs who do not achieve points threshold minimums for their current tier during each calendar year will receive a new tier designation commensurate with points earned, valid through the end of the new calendar year.
• VIPs earn Points for every $1 spent on dine in and to-go food, beverage and gift card purchases (excluding tax and gratuity): VIP – 1 Point per $1, VIP Prime and Platinum – 1.2 Points per $1.
• Double points and other point multipliers are not awarded for gift card purchases, including during double points promotional periods.
• Lawry’s VIP Rewards are valid only toward the purchase of food and beverages, both for dine-in and to-go. State laws may prohibit accumulation of VIP Points for alcohol.
• VIP Points are not earned on redeemed Lawry’s VIP Rewards or Lawry’s Gift Cards.
• VIP Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• VIP Points are not earned for purchases made prior to enrollment.
• Maximum Points awarded per VIP transaction, including private parties, are double points on the net transaction total for food and beverage, up to 500 points, including for Birthday Double Points gifts.
• Birthday Double Points are earned on food and beverage purchases only.
• Double Points awards (birthday gifts and other promotional awards) cannot be earned on gift card purchases.
• Expired rewards, gifts and other offers will drop from VIP points when their expiration date is reached. Once gone, they are forfeited and will not be reinstated to the account.
• VIP Rewards have no cash value and are not valid for tax or gratuity, with specials or discounts, or for use toward the purchase of gift cards.
• Cash back will not be issued if the full value of a Reward or gifted offer is not used.
• Lawry’s VIP Rewards will not be replaced after expiration.
• Membership will become inactive after 18 consecutive months with no transactions.
• Federal and state tax liabilities are the responsibility of the cardmember.
• VIPs must have a working email address in order to receive the full benefits of membership. VIPs must have a mailable U.S. address in order to receive promotional and information mailings.
• Rewards may vary by Lawry’s Restaurants, Inc. location.
• Lawry’s Restaurants, Inc. may terminate any membership if fraud is suspected.
• Lawry’s Restaurants, Inc. is not liable for VIP Points or Lawry’s VIP Rewards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use, including fraud caused by lost cards.
• Lawry’s Restaurants, Inc. reserves the right to add or withdraw participating restaurants, make changes in the rules and rewards conditions, or terminate this program any time without advance notice.
• Lawry’s Restaurants, Inc. employees and their immediate families are not eligible to be VIPs, except for authorized purposes of monitoring Lawry’s VIP Rewards.
• Lawry’s reserves the right to reject any incomplete or inaccurate VIP membership enrollment form; and to terminate any membership for abuse of privileges or non-compliance with program rules.
• VIP rewards cannot be earned when dining at Lawry’s The Prime Rib international locations. VIP program is for U.S. locations only.
